Students should not be allowed to drive to school

How do you come to school? Some students can come to school early because their houses are near the school. If their houses are far away, they can take schoolbus instead. Some high school students might like to use their own cars, but there are many reasons why students shouldn't drive to school.

Fist of all, students should not drive to school because it is against the law. Most students are under 18 and now it is against the law to drive if you are under 20. This is because teenagers are not responsible enough to drive. So everybody must follow the law.

Driving to school is also dangerous. When students drive to school, they do not have much experience. Students may hit and injure little children if they drive to school. While students are driving to school, they may have an accident because they are hurrying to school.

The most important reason is there are not enough parking spaces. There are already many cars around the school, but there are few parking places for staff and parents. If students drive to school, visitors will not be able find a place to park.

Some students say that the schoolbus is expensive. Parents have to pay 20,000 baht per semester for the schoolbus, which is 200 baht per day. However, driving to school costs more money. Students will waste money on gas because the price is higher than before. What is more, they have to pay for a new car, insurance, road tax, and toll fares, if they use an expressway.

Students should not be allowed to drive to school. Using a car to school or go anywhere, students are spend quite a lot of money because they have to pay money for gas. Students also might get an accident or get injure on the way to school. If students really need to come to school by car, they can take a schoolbus if there is no one to send them to school. Driving to school is more dangerous than before. So driving to school, students will not only risk their lives, but also the lives of others.
